I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is currently practicing in the Tri-Valley area in Northern California. I received my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from St. Cloud State University and have over 20 years of experience implementing Applied Behavior Analytic methodologies and leading teams at every organizational level within the ABA industry.

My experience includes providing services to children in center-based, in-home, school based settings, and adults in group-home and vocational settings. I’ve helped serve thousands of individuals with varying degrees of cognitive functioning ranging from 18 months to 60+ years of age. I have an extensive background in conducting both indirect and direct functional behavior assessment, assessments on language and social skills, behavior support plan development, training development, staff training, and parent training.

More recently I served as a Co-Founder to one of the Bay Area's premier in-home ABA agencies, where I focused on developing strong clinical systems for the agency and oversaw a team of 50+ clinicians. I served within this role for 8+ years and never took my eye off prioritizing integrity within our service delivery line to ensure maximizing our clients' success. I have experience with responsibly growing an ABA company without missing out on what is BEST for the client and team.

I’ve previously been published as an author for peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Interventions. In addition, I’ve also previously won poster presentation awards and have attended a variety of behavior analytic national and state conferences. I believe it is important to continue to learn about the evolution of the field of ABA through continued attendance of conferences and trainings to best serve our clientele.

During my free time I enjoy exploring the Bay Area with my wife Gina, son Hayes, and daughter Violet as well as attending the occasional concert when I have the time!
