Meet the Founder

Aaron is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) practicing in the Tri-Valley area of Northern California. He earned his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from St. Cloud State University and brings over 20 years of experience implementing evidence-based ABA methodologies. Aaron has a strong record of leading clinical teams and administrative staff across all organizational levels within the ABA field, with expertise in program design, staff training and supervision, data-driven treatment planning, and ethical practice. His background supports effective collaboration with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes for individuals receiving services.

His experience includes providing services to children in center-based, in-home, and school-based settings, and adults in group-home and vocational settings. He has served thousands of individuals with a wide range of cognitive functioning, from 18 months to over 60 years of age. He has an extensive background conducting both indirect and direct functional behavior assessments, assessing language and social skills, and developing behavior support plans. He also has experience designing training curricula and delivering staff and parent training.

More recently, he co-founded one of the Bay Area’s leading in‑home ABA agencies, where he developed robust clinical systems and oversaw a team of more than 50 clinicians. Over eight years in this role, he maintained a steadfast commitment to integrity in service delivery to maximize client outcomes. He brings experience in responsibly scaling an ABA organization while keeping the best interests of clients and staff foremost.

He has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Interventions. He has also received poster presentation awards and attended numerous national and state behavior-analytic conferences. He believes in ongoing professional development—continuing to attend conferences and trainings—to stay current with advances in applied behavior analysis and provide the highest-quality services to clients.

During my free time, I enjoy exploring the Bay Area with my wife, Gina, and our children, Hayes and Violet. I also like to attend the occasional concert when time allows.
